1. Order Processing and Fulfillment

  • All orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 5 business days from the date your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Exceptions: Pre-orders, backordered items, and high volume sale periods. The customer will be notified within 48 hours if exceptions apply. 

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard shipping via USPS. Estimated delivery time ranges from 3-5 business days. 

* Delivery times begin after the 5-day fulfillment window.

Shipping is ONLY offered to the continental United States, and is not offered internationally. 

3. Shipping Rates & Fees

  • Domestic:

    • $10 flat fee per order.

Note: All rates are estimates and may vary slightly. Actual costs will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.

  • Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@graterthings.com

  • We’ll work with the carrier and ship a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
