1. Order Processing and Fulfillment

All orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 5 business days from the date your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Exceptions: Pre-orders, backordered items, and high volume sale periods. The customer will be notified within 48 hours if exceptions apply.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard shipping via USPS. Estimated delivery time ranges from 3-5 business days.
* Delivery times begin after the 5-day fulfillment window.
Shipping is ONLY offered to the continental United States, and is not offered internationally.
3. Shipping Rates & Fees

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.

Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@graterthings.com

We’ll work with the carrier and ship a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
